Channel Middle East magazine has released the final shortlist for the 2018 Channel Middle East Awards.
A final list of 110 award nominations have remained from the initial list of over 200 nominations received across the 20 categories this year.
As expected, competition was intense in the Best Vendor Channel Programme of the Year, Systems Integrator of the Year, Training Provider of the Year and Value Added Distributor of the Year (Value Solutions) categories this year.
In addition, there were also a large number of entries for the Systems Integrator and Security Vendor of the Year, reflecting that the systems integration space is still vibrant while investments in comprehensive IT security solutions have continued in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) market.
The names of shortlisted companies have already been forwarded to the judges who will select the overall winners, while the Readers' Choice Awards for "Best Distributor Channel Programme of the Year" and "Best Vendor Channel Programme of the Year" will be voted for by readers of ITP.net and Channel Middle East magazine.
The awards gala dinner and ceremony will be held at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina on 24th April 2018. More than 400 executives and business leaders from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) channel are expected to attend this year's awards ceremony.
Condo Protego was shortlisted in the Systems Integrator of the Year category, and Savitha Bhaskar was shortlisted for Networking Professional of the Year (Vendor).
Voting for the Readers' Choice Awards has opened for this year's Channel Middle East Awards. This year's awards have been made possible by Category sponsors Avaya, Pivot3, Supermicro, OKI, VAD Technologies and Al Jammaz Distribution.
